2. Digital Music Purchases
The album After the Vows: Love, No Love and its individual tracks are offered as digital downloads for personal, non-commercial use.
Purchasing a digital download grants the buyer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and enjoy the purchased music.
Ownership of the underlying music, recordings, artwork, and associated intellectual property is not transferred to the buyer.
3. Payment and Digital Delivery
All digital music downloads, including the complete album and individual tracks, require successful payment before download access is provided.
Following successful payment, customers will receive access to their purchased digital music through Bandzoogle's designated delivery system.
If a customer experiences a payment discrepancy, missing download, incorrect file, or delivery issue, assistance is available at producer@asadimam.com.
Digital purchases are generally final once download access has been provided, except where refunds or other remedies are required by applicable law.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, all completed digital download sales are generally final once access to the purchased files has been provided, except where refunds are required by applicable law.
Customers experiencing duplicate charges, incorrect files, failed delivery, or technical download problems should contact producer@asadimam.com for review and resolution.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights.
5. Copyright and Permitted Use
All music, recordings, lyrics, artwork, branding, and original creative content are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual property laws.
